Pinewood Derby Track

Hey, we need a bigger track (or another track) this year. DARN!! <g> Has
anyone built one of these tracks before? Where can we get the best plans?
Has anyone built a timer before? The ACM (hubby) rigged an elctronic
"eye" for our two lane track last year, but maybe it's time to go high
tech. How then do you do the elimination with a timer? TIA
