Ok, after many long battles, and on advice from council, our committe
has decided the only thing left to do is to totally reinvent itself.
Our by-laws have been thrown out the window and and new ones are to be
written. Please, please, please, send me your suggestions, comments,
etc on:
1) Tenure
2) Size Of Committee - Aux. Committee, Parent's
coucil,
Voting-NonVoting
3) Elections to Committee posistions
4) Who does what? What jobs does
you
committe have?
5) How does the SM
fit into
all this?
Also feel free to comment on anything I may have forgotten.
This message is very important, my troop of over 50 years is at the
verge
of falling apart and I really need help. Pleae, answer me, even if
it's just to wish me and the Scouts of my troop luck. Contact me
through E-mail, or through the board.
