Blanket Permission Slips

Nancy:

While I'm sure that our more legally learned fellow Scouters will have
opinions on a blanket permission slip, I myself would feel comfortable
having one for each activity.

We pass out flyers on every outing we go on, and at the bottom of each
is a copy of our standard permission slip, with the spaces filled in
that are specific for that activity. We can then have those with us on
the activity should a problem arise. We can also keep those on file for
a length of time, mainly because (much to my wife's chagrin) I am a
pack-rat :-)

Speaking only for myself (and I am unanimous in this),
