Ticks song needs help.

Here is song I heard at camp school. I've heard the tune before and I think
its a country song by Hank Williams. (not my venue of music) Someone else
wrote down the words for me a few weeks later so I'm not quite sure I've
gotten every thing quite right. If your familier with the parody or its
tune please drop me a private line. If the song needs revising I'll repost
a corrected version.

Ticks in Low Places
Tune: Friends in Low Places

Blame it all on my roots,
Your warnings were mute,
and it ruined our Boy Scout affair.
I was the last one to know,
the places ticks go.
till I saw it embedded down there.

And I saw the suprise,
and the fear in your eyes,
when I drew my OFF can so near,
for a spark did ignite from our fiery light,
and burned up my HANES underwear.

Chorus: OH, I've got ticks in low places,
where my undies bunch,
and my shorts ride up on me all day,
but I'll be OK.
OH, I'm not big on social graces,
the way I scratch and itch I should be running the bases.
OH, I've got ticks in low places.

To me it seems wrong,
they just don't belong,
but hey, they've been there before.
I'll just pull it out,
I won't wimper or pout,
and I'll crush its little head on the floor.

I know it sounds mean,
but you should have seen,
the fire that tick did ignite,
why, you'd be as mad as our camp director,
when staff stays out all night.

chorus x2
