Introduction and JLT Requests

Hello,
I just joined the list today, which is surprising since I have been on
Arrow-L and others for a few months. But anyway, I am an 16 year old
Eagle Scout from Troop 251 in Clarks Green, PA. Currently I am a Junior
Assistant Scoutmaster there. In the Order of the Arrow I am a Vigil
Honor member from Lowwapaneu Lodge 191 where I serve as Vice Chief of the
Northeastern Pennsylvania Council. I attend the National Order of the
Arrow Conference last year and this summer I will be attending the
Jamboree.
As you can see from my subject line I have also included "JLT Requests."
JLT stands for Junior Leader Training for those that did not know this.
Anyway I will be serving as Senior Patrol Leader for our week long JLT
Course held in August of this summer. I have been on about 4 JLT staffs
but never served as SPL. In doing this I am asking if anybody has any
helpful hints or guides that they haver used that have held successful
week JLT courses. I appreciate any helpful ideas or suggestions to help
make this week long course a good one.
Thanks and good Scouting,
Bill Botke
