Hi Cathy, here is Guilherme, the brazilian sea scout!!

Can you give my CONGRATULATIONS to Dean? Bacuse here in Brazil we
have some highest honors too. And, when I was a Senior (15-17 years of
age) I did achieved the highest level!!!! We call "ESCOTEIRO DA PATRIA"
and I now that to achieve any highest title, you have to pass and be
approved in several tests like camping, first-aid, community, etc... So,
told him that is an honor receive the Eagle!!!! Even from Brazil, I'm
proud to know that somebody achieve such an important thing!!!!

By the way, explain to Dean, what are the highest titles
of Brazil. Here are:

Southern Cross (a brief thanks to Grant O'Neil, from
Australia, that replied my the correct spellind for "CRUZEIRO DO SUL"!
Thanks pal!!!!) for Cubs;

Gold Iris (LIS DE OURO for Scouts);

Nation Scout (ESCOTEIRO DA PATRIA for Venturers);

BP's Badge (INSIGNIA DE BP for Rovers);

Wood Patch (INSIGNIA DA MADEIRA for scoutmasters).

Well, told them again, and not only for him, but to all Eagles in
the Scouts-L list, that your important to Scouting! You can maybe become
the person that some cub or boyscout will admire, and take for example of
scout behavior and attitude!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS to every EAGLE here, including you, Dean!!!!!

Like we say here in Brazil...

SEMPRE ALERTA PARA SERVIR!!

Guilherme, the Brazilian sea scout
