"Q" Units

Maybe we need to re-think the Quality Unit. It is just that.
Not every unit is going to make it. Those units that made it last year
or for the past 5,10,20,30 or more years may not make it this year or
next.
One of the main goals of the "Q" unit is to increase the number of on
time charters and to reduce the number of scouts and units that are
dropped each year. It also helps the Professionals with the goals that
are set for them. Just like most of us, they have a job also; and like
most of us, they are paid on performance.
Well thats enough of Scotty's Soap Box. Flame away if you must, I have
my Fire Proof Long Johns on!!
