I'd just like to clarify this a little:

God, as one of the "3 G's", refers to the BSA's policy of including "Duty
to God" in the Scout Oath. By virtue of this, and the "Declaration of
Religious Principal" on all applications, youth and adult, Atheists are
excluded from being members of the BSA.

Similarly, "Gays" refers to the BSA's policy of excluding known
homosexuals from the organization.
