Pack Problems Update..

First of all thank for all the comments. I've taken it all to heart.
Today I called a gentleman at the Council that I know and talked to him.
He asked me to not give up and informed me that a guy named Mike, who I
know, is our Committee Chairman. Mike was present at the last Leader
Meeting as was our Assistant Committee Chairman. I thought they were
only there because of the Boy Scouts. Goes to show what we are told.
Well, I called Mike this evening and had a heart to heart. He was aware
of some of my problems last year. He seems to whole-heartedly agree with
me that the boys behaviour has gotten out of hand (understatement?). I
told him about the equipment, my feeling that we should pay for it, write
letters of apology and request of the Principal an Age Appropriate
Service Project that we can do for the school. He seems to agree with it
all, but I guess we'll see if things are really discussed at the next
Leader/Committee Meeting.

That was another topic of conversation. Apparently he and the asst
chairman had already discussed that no more children were to be at the
Committee meetings. He now has my backing for that decision and I'd try
to fit another meeting into my week ANY time. Watch it conflict with my
other Community duties. Oh well, we'll see :/

Anyway, I wanted everyone to know of my actually getting enough nerve up
to call someone and getting some positive feedback thus far. I'll let
you know what happens Thursday.

Thanks Again to everyone!!
