What did the EAGLE do?

When introducing new Eagle-scouts would it be possible for you to write
- just a little - about the scouts project.
I know that Eagle is considered almost the 'Nobel-prize' of scouts and
almost everyone can reach that by doing the requirements. I think it
would be interesting to know what makes this new Eagle-scout so
interesting.
More background about the scout like Pete Farnham, Alexandria, VA did
the other day about the scout that have to fight in his social
environment. Otherwise the new Eagle scout to me is just another one.
I would like to congratulate if I would be able to put more words into
the congratulation.
