You'll need the Tours and Expeditions Guide, #33735.
It should be available from your Council trading post.
There is way too much information in this guide to do it justice here, so
it is best if you
get your own copy to read and keep. There is an adundance of valuable
planning info
in it.
The second page of the National Tour Permit states (in item 6c) that
driving time is limited
to 12 hours, interrupted by frequent rest, food and recreation stops.
There are some no later than and who to send it to requirements stated on
the permit form
itself as well as in the guidebook.
