Well, not to criticize your program (which I know nothing about), but
you might take a step back and evaluate how it is running. Most
importantly, are the boys having fun? If so then perhaps you have just
hit a temporary hiccup (odd confluence of unrelated factors such as
school, band, sports, whatever). If the boys are enjoying themselves,
they will want to stay in the program if they can.

Good luck in retaining the boys you have!
