2 suggestions-
First, Indian Tacos- flatten the bread out a bit more before frying, then
make up some taco meat, refried beans, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, sour
cream and whatever else you like for tacos to put on the fry bread.
Second, have some cinnamon sugar and powdered sugar available to roll the
hot fry bread around in. Then after it cools a bit, you have a makeshift
donut type thing.
That will give you something for both breakfast and something for
lunch/dinner.
