Folding Tents

My husband took our Webelos II camping with the Boy Scouts. The Troop
provided tents. My question is, "What is the recommended way of folding
nylon tents? There is so much air captured, that it is a time-consuming
process. Is it OK to leave the windows/doors unzipped? Should you roll
toward the door or away from it? Any help is appreciated.
