No, this is wrong. In Australia, it is worn on the right sleve as a
permanant patch. So, no offence Mike, but in this case you are wrong. Very
wrong. Australian Cubs, Scouts and Ventuers wear the World Conservation
badge on the right sleve as a permant patch as I explained to the list
several weeks ago. Obvious becuase I am a non BSA member of the list, what
I have said has totally been ignored. Probably totally wrong, but if anyone
had bothered to read what I said, they would have read what I wrote about
this badge and how it is earnt in Scouting in Australia. Sorry if this
sounds like sour grapes, but I know what I sent to the list and I know it
was sent and that someone read it, as one person wrote and thanked me for
letting the list know about it. Just a pity more people didnt read and take
notice.
