Hi All,
My first thought was to "look in the Book" (Handbook) but, I also
thought why not look in the "Emergency Preparedness" MB booklet. Our Council
did a fall camporee, a couple of years back, devoted to that MB. We had S&R
experts, a flyover and signaling demo by the NG or CAP (can't remember which).
Did team S&R using hidden dummies (manikins not leaders) we had a
ball...Ric...
