Robert,
You may register in more than one position, however, you may not be part
of a BOR as an Assistant Scoutmaster. You may work with the troop as a
committee member. As an Assistant Scoutmaster, you can handle awards, but
not chair the BOR. I guess you'll have to make a choice.
