LaPlata, MD with 71 registered Scouts, and Mike Helfrich, 13 years old, Life
Scout and Senior Patrol Leader.
We are interested in patch trading, and anything that can make Scouting more
fun and more rewarding to its participants. The Troop is currently working
on building its own Web Site as a Computer Science Merit Badge Project.
