I always tell visiting Webelos NOT to come on a Court of Honor. You
should be seeing the "Troop Meeting"
Then when you have visited all the troops in the area, and you have cut
the selection down to about 2 or 3 then you should do a weekend campout
with each of them. This is where you will relay get to know them, not
the meeting night.
