_Real Mexican Food Question.

I have a question on Mexican food for our Mexican friends.
Last year, I was at a Church festeval in another state, and
happened to purchase some food from the food booth, which was
being operated by some of the Nun-teachers who were from Mexico.
The items were called "Tambros" and "Tambarcitos". They were
very good, and I have been trying to find a recipe. The big
problem is that _none_ of my Hispanic friends up here are
familiar with these foods. They are similar to stuffed
deep-fried biscuits.
