I totally agree with you! I think that National should change their
policy and find SOME place of distinction on the uniform for it. Perhaps
ABOVE the temporary pocket, or BESIDE the "World Brotherhood" badge on
the left side. Afterall, it is relatively the same size. =)
I think it is a shame that the boys work so hard to earn this award, then
they don't even get to wear it on their uniform. I feel the same way
about the sports award pins, but this is different because it is
something IN THEIR RANK BOOK for them to earn, and it takes some real
effort for them to do it.
It's like they are telling the boys that this award is not important
enough for a permanent place on the uniform.
Just my feeling on the matter. I hope I don't get too many flames. =)
