I saw several responses that seemed to think the treasurer was GUILTY. We
live in a society that believes (mostly) in "innocent until proven guilty."
Please be careful, your treasurer may be innocent of any wrong doing other
than not being competent in his job. It sounds like investigation is
necessary, but don't convict him without a trial. (Of course, if he is
indeed guilty, he may abscond with all the troops funds...).
