Webelos Cross-Over Cememonies

My name is Richard Andrews. I am Cubmaster of Cub Scout Pack
104 in Dalton, Georgia, and Distict Vice-Chairman for Program
of the Conasauga District of the Northwest Georgia Council.

I would like to solicit help from the list in connection with
the experience of its members in planning and conducting District
or Council wide Webelos Cross-over ceremonies.

I am particularly interested in obtaining copies of any ceremonies
that have been used successfully in connection with District or
Council level ceremonies, though I am also interested in obtaining
good ceremonies conducted at the Pack level that might be adapted
for use by the District/Council. A couple were posted to the list
a short while ago, but due to a problem with my computer they were
lost.

I would also appreciate input into the perceived benefits and
problems with conducting a ceremony such as this.

Any help that can be provided will be greatly appreciated. Rather
than clutter the list with responses, I would appreciate your
forwarding any response directly to me. If anyone is interested,
I will be happy to forward a copy of any responses to you.
