Halloween story (interactive)

Hi All:
Help! Help! My wife lost her copy of a Halloween story that was interactive
where the story teller would be telling a story and as the story was being
told he or she would pass different small boxes around inside each box was a
part of the body ie; carrots where supposed to be toes etc. does any body
have a copy of this she needs it tonight....
