Recognizing 25 years as Scoutmaster

Someone from one of the troops I used to be unit commissioner for
asked me the other day if there are any special recognitions for
someone who has been Scoutmaster for 25 years, which will be the
case for the SM of that troop this year. Beyond the usual shorter
term awards and the other recognitions he's already received
(Scouter's Key, SM Award of Merit, District Award of Merit, etc.),
I couldn't come up with any.
Anyone out there have some gems, official or otherwise?
