Mile Swim patch

I found mine the other day. Anyone who has seen me in the last 15
years doesn't believe it. But I _did_ earn one - way back in the early
60s.

When it was presented to me, I was told that there was _one_ place only
that I could wear it; on my swim trunks.

Doesn't sound like it's changed much. And yes, you _do_ have a place to
wear it. (Of course, I guess you can wear _anything_ on the patch vest.)
