Some time ago there was a trend of wearing patches such
as BSA lifeguard, Mile swim, 50 milers and even past jambo
patches on the back of the merit badge sash.
I believe some one had found out that it was a TEST option
for changes to the insignai guide.
Does anyone have anything official on this TEST or evaluation?
I think it is a great idea. Also a place for past Summer camp
patches, pop corn sale patches etc. etc.
Why give a scout a patch that he has no place to display it?
