RT Handouts

Our district and council provide RT Handouts for free. The commissioners
get them done at the BSA office for free. Obviously, this comes out of
their budget. Your council may not be able to afford it. But, once again
it comes down to getting people to participate. If you want a good program,
you need people and they need information and support.
