Scouter's Digest?

Is anyone familiar with the Scouter's Digest newsletter? If so could you
pass along some information about it? I recieved a reply card from them in
today's mail and was wondering if it was worth the price. (If Paul Ferris
is reading this please respond)

As a side note, if you recieved the issue discussing how to get
pocket-sized plastic OA or woodbadge ID cards would you post this
information to me?
