Alternative to a DUNK tank

I would like to suggest an alternative to a DUNK tank that
can also draw people.
A "pie" in the face booth, or a WET sponge throw!
The "pies" can be made from shaving cream or any other
mushy messy stuff, on a paper plate. However, I tend
to try to avoid wasting good food, like wipped cream etc.
With the WET sponges, you can also used various colors in
the water to get a wild effect.
The person to be HIT with the pies or sponges should be
provided a poncho, or trash bag to cover clothing, also
some safty glasses or gogles to protect the eyes.
The set up cost is very low, and you don't have to find
a place to store the materials.
