The current edition of the Requirements Book is used for the most
up-to-date version of requirements for a MB, even if they differ from the
req. printed in the MB pamphlet. The cost of re-printing MB pamphlets is
too high, so national has been issuing the Requirements Book as a cheaper
means of updating reqs, introducing new MB's and eliminating.
If you have more current information than your Council Office, you do the
Scout a dis-service by making him go back there to find the requirements,
when you could supply them yourself.
