=46or my $0.02, I'd like to suggest that before we wait for the National to
recognize the office of Webmaster, we look over our resources. Two tactics
come to mind.
1) For Star and Life,leadership can be shown by serving in some listed
positions of responsibility or " cary(ing) out a Scoutmaster-assigned
leadership project to help the troop."
2) Leadership for Star, Life and Eagle can be demonstrated by serving as
"=8Ascribe=8A" I suggest that Webmaster is a special variation of the office=
of
Scribe. (BTW a Troop can have more than one Scribe)
Just some ideas. Any angles I missed?
