Ellen: My inclination (and my opinion only) is to let him serve as
Assistant CubMaster again. From the sound of your post, he has served his
sentence, and been reprimanded (demoted) already by the committee. To
refuse him the opportunity of being Assistant CubMaster would be similar to
a retrial for the same offense (not a copy of the offense).

This is my personal opinion only.
