In regards to the individual that was previously convicted of a crime.
Was this mentioned on his currently filed application? If he failed to
put it on the application then that in itself is subject to removal. We
all signed a statement that the information was true to the best of our
knowledge.
On the other hand if this individual has been straight about it and is
reformed and his application went through the correct review process
before being approved there shouldn't be any problem.
