Webmaster Patch Voting Results (so far)

Well, we've only had a couple of days at this but here is the voting
summary from over the weekend for the unofficial Webmaster patch:
Design A: 10 (white bkgd, blue border, mouse, ltg bolts, Webmaster)
Design B: 3 (tan bkgd, ltg bolts, univ Scout emblem, Webmaster)

Walton (he is on active duty now, so we have to use his rank/title).
This whole process is informal, but there seems to be significant
interest. Voting is not closed, no decisions are final, but the trend is
clear.
