a couple of requests

Here's 2 requests and some info all in one:
Every winter our Troop likes to do a "city trip" (makes a good indoor
weekend). This year we are thinking of going to Minneapolis. Anyone out
there have ideas for things to do or someplace to stay?
I have a friend who would like to have a Scottish Scout uniform. Does
anyone out there know how he can get one without too much trouble and
expense (he's a student on a budget).
On the Confederate flag: While closing up last night I noticed that the
latest issue of "Civil War Times" magazine has an article on the flags of
the Confederacy if anyone wants more information.
