On a Troop trip to Boston, we were in "class-A" uniform and were
approached by a man from Brazil who recognized the World Crest.
He said that he and his son had been Scouts in Brazil and wanted to
know how to join in the US. We took him to the nearest telephone
book and got him the telephone number of the local council office.
That was one good experience with wearing the world crest. It was
also a good experience for being in full uniform when participating
in a troop event.
