It's JLT time again

We are running our Junior Leader Training Course this weekend, and
we will be using the suggestion posted here about a regular movie
to illustrate teamwork (BTW, I see that "12 O'clock High" is on
cable this week).
This will be fourth time through the video-based syllabus from BSA,
and while we can use some of the additional scenarios for problem
solving, I'm looking for a substitute for the magazine trick. Some
of our leaders have been through the course four times and have
figured it out.
Anybody have a good parlor trick to stimulate thinking about problem
solving?
