I think the operative words here are "flag ceremony" and not Dem Nat Con
Who better to do a flag ceremony than Scouts (Boy, Girl, Cub, etc) other
than maybe the USMC... I mean they do them at City Council meetings
and the like...
I trust that no one who saw the Scouts thought in anyway that they were
endorsing anyone and besides it is good advert seeing them up there on
national TV... and I would rather that the people in charge be for
the scouts rather that against them...
one question... I do not know alot about the color code of the epilets
but I do know that at the repub convention one of the scouts was female
and she was wearing a "boy scout" uniform with red epilets... Now I know
that women leaders wear the same unifrom as men... but I can not see
selecting a leader, rather than a Scout, to be involved in the ceremony....
