And that's 6-8 weeks _after_ the event has been placed on his calendar.
It is not unusual for the President's calendar of personal appearances to
be pencilled in 6 to 8 months in advance. As I understand it the Secret
Service prefers 10 to 12 weeks notice, just in case.
