Regarding the absence of a second adult in the various BSA training
videos, from Cub Scouts on up: I always rationalize it by suggesting
the person holding the camera is there, but BSA should really make it
more obvious, given their insistence on the rule of two (which I agree
with). Visual images are very compelling in education.
Anybody listening?
