JOTA (Jamboree on the Air)

I would like to set up my system to participate in an IRC session
for my Cubs during JOTA. Can someone tell me:

1) The dates and times.
2) What IRC channels may be used.
3) What servers I need to connect to and the procedures needed
to connect?
