Mike,
It sounds like a good idea to rotate the meetings. However, I would
advise agianst changing the meeting date and time. I know that I often have
a pretty full schedule, but I always leave every tuesday evening open for
scout meetings and the first wednesday of every month open for roundtable
meetings. If if changes from month to month, I think you might become
confusing to the scout leaders, and I know I would find it difficult to
attend all the meetings with that type of schedule.
I admire your efforts though to entice more leaders to these meetings. We
too suffer from a lack of attendence at the roundtable meetings.
