I don't know about the rest, but I never heard of doing this. At least
the previous leaders never did flag favors in my pack. I am trying to
come up with ideas to bring more "life" into our pack meetings. Could
you give me more information on this subject, like what did you use
for the favors, etc.?
As this is my first year as a CubMaster, (last year I was assistant Webelos
leader) I need all the help I can get. Our pack meetings last year
lasted anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes. I feel they should last a little
bit longer than that. The leaders just wanted to get it over with and get
out. The boys did not enjoy that at all.
