Re-introduction

Hi Scouters!
Due to a change in employers I had to unsubscribe from this list.
Just for the record, I'd like to let all of you know a bit about me. Here
goes...
I've been involved with the Boy Scouts for about 12 years now, 3 as
a boy (getting all the way to First Class!) and the other 9 as an adult.
Like many other adults, I got roped in when my son was in Cub Scouts and
became the Cubmaster of his pack for 3 years. I then joined the
Commissioner's staff as a Unit Commissioner for a year, and have spent the
last 5 years as an ADC. My new job is the Boy Scout Roundtable
Commissioner, which I'm looking forward to starting in August. I'm the
proud holder of Cub Scout Trainer Wood Badge beads and will be attending Boy
Scout Wood Badge this fall.
In addition to my BSA hour a week, I've been a registered Girl Scout
for the past 6 years - 3 of them as a Junior Troop leader. Since both of my
daughters have now bridged into Cadets, I'll be joining them as a leader in
their troop.
I'm glad to be back on this list. I felt like I had lost a whole
lot of friends when I couldn't be here.
