John, the last time I gave a presentation on the Web, I cheated. I
downloaded all the web pages I wanted to use in the demo into cache,
and gave the demo by reading the pages off of my hard disk. I did
explain exactly what I was doing to the audience so they were not
misled regarding the response time they could expect.
