National supplies the councils with annual planning materials and the
monthly theme should be in this packet. The program helps are all in the
Woods Wisdoms. Around $22.00 at your supplier or from the National
Catalog. These same helps are printed in SM and SA copies of the Scouting
mag. seme monthly.
