BB Belt Loop

I'd also like to know about how the BB belt loop can be earned. here's my
story: At Day Camp this last week, my group of boys were in the last
activity (BB) when a lightning storm came up. We got through the
instruction portion, but only one of the guys got a shot off.
Technically, they did not not, IMO, earn the belt loop. However, all the
parents and I are disappointed, as well as the boys. It's not any one's
fault. What can we do? The boys in the first camp will all be awarded BB
Belt Loops and we won't? I had thought to have those boys who did not get
to shoot have a parent or adult with a BB gun let them shoot on their own
time. I'm nervious about letting the boys shoot at my house other than my
own kids.
