Eagle Project Book Software or Template

Today I heard about software that has the project book in a "fill in the blanks"
format. I'm not sure if it is a program someone developed or a template to use
on MS Word or WordPerfect. The person told me that she was given a copy by her
son's Scoutmaster which they loaded on their computer and now contains
information
about her son's project. She didn't know how to copy it off the computer and
couldn't tell me anything more about it.
Has anyone seen a program or template? I've been trying to get something
like what
she described for a couple of years now.
Anxiously awaiting a positive response!
