JLTs

When I was a boy in the Great Rivers Council, an annual junior leader
training course was conducted council-wide at one of the council camps.
Our course was called Pine Tree, but I am somewhat familiar with other
JLTs, including Oak 11 and others. Was served on staff as SPL and JASM
for Pine Tree, but I moved out of council before I could do it as an
adult.
My new Council, Denver Area, does not have a council wide JLT and almost
nothing in the districts, as I have been told. I want to do one, a
really first class job, with the boys in my troop and invite the other
troops in the district to take part (not an official district activity
at this point, but simply invite them to be a part of our training).
Does anyone have a "syllabus" for a JLT course, or suggestions for what
should be a part of such a course?
Thanks,
Jason
